Estate Clean-Outs
Estate clean-outs have the potential to be very emotional for families. We work with you to ensure your family's estate is taken care of and disposed of according to your wishes. We partner with donation centers and non-profit organizations to ensure your good usable items have a new life with a new family.

With years of working with nonprofits under our belts, we know who wants what and when. Oftentimes, what you think is not for donate or re-sale is just what someone else is looking for. Let us sort it out before you throw it out!

Rates
Payment: Payment is due when job is complete. However, we do offer other terms (Optional for Real Estate Agents).
Items Of Value: CONSIGNMENT/ or BUY OUT
Items Of Lesser Value: DONATION (Optional)
Billing: $65 per man hour + dump fee
Additional Charges:
+$20 for HAZMAT conditions,
+$10 per gallon of CHEMICAL DISPOSAL
+$35 per APPLIANCE (any appliance, indoor or outdoor.)

Certain items in your estate cleanout may be eligible for donation, consignment, or buyout.
